Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy below for all the details:

Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we kindly ask that you take a photograph of the item and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process of a return or exchange for faulty stock.

90-Day Warranty:
- We offer a 90-day warranty on all items purchased from our store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by wear and tear or misuse. 

Exchanges:
- You may exchange an item for one of the same value or, if the exchange item is of lesser value, we will provide store credit for the difference within 3 days of receiving items (excluding earrings).
- If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, our sales team will assist with payment for the difference within 3 days of receiving items (excluding earrings).

No Refunds:
- Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases.
- If an exchange is not feasible, you may receive store credit, which will be provided once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Build Your Own Bundles
- Custom pieces
- Gift cards
- Worn items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact our customer support team via email within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Include a photograph of the faulty item, if applicable.
3. Our team will confirm your request and provide instructions for the next steps.
