Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its journey.

Orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM (NZT) on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following business day.

New Zealand:
We aim to have your order delivered within 1–3 business days.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses.

Australia:
Shipping to Australia typically takes an additional 2 business days on top of standard processing and dispatch times.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
