Thank you for shopping with us at Florence The Jewellery Co! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle shipping for orders within New Zealand.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within New Zealand and Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international locations at this time, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- Delays: Occasionally, there may be slight delays in processing orders during busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), but we will notify you if this happens.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders once processed within New Zealand and Australia:
- Express Shipping New Zealand (1-3 business days): $7.95
- Express Shipping Australia (2-5 business days): $24.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra days for rural deliveries.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and your delivery address.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 within New Zealand and orders over $150 within Australia.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the courier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure that you provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
- Unavailable Delivery Locations: In rare cases, certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times or may not be served by our shipping carriers. If this is the case, we will notify you.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at helloflorencejewellery@hotmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or a store credit for damaged items, depending on your preference.
8. Customs and Duties
For orders shipped within New Zealand, no additional customs duties or taxes will be applied. All shipping costs are included at checkout.
9. Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
