Hi, I’m Alisha Loach – a proud mum of two beautiful girls Millie (3) and Oakley (3 months) located in Southland, New Zealand. I'm a 3x business owner, and a multi-award-winning hairdresser. I’m a hairdressing educator and a New Zealand hairdressing judge, deeply passionate about lifting others up in both business and life. I believe in living with purpose, chasing dreams, and doing good wherever possible!

I’m the founder of The Florence Society hair salon, The Brow Studio beauty salon, and now, Florence – The Jewellery Co. Each of my businesses has been built with heart, intention, and a drive to help women feel confident in their own skin.
Florence is also about bringing people together and creating meaningful connections within our communities—because when we support each other, we all flourish.

The name Florence was inspired by one of my long-time clients Florence Coats (Flo for short), a radiant woman in her 80s whose strength and elegance have stayed with me through the years. Florence also means "to flourish," which is the soul of this brand—creating space for women to grow, shine, and feel empowered in their individuality.

Florence – The Jewellery Co. was born from a desire to offer timeless, high-quality pieces that tell a story and stand the test of time. Each item is thoughtfully curated to help women feel bold, beautiful, and uniquely themselves.
